A cry for intervention

The union will be involved in a true test of humanitarian good-will when UGKA President LaVell Walton (Ref. Kingdom of Yahuda) will assist Princess Lorna (Ref. Embo Kingdom) on a diplomatic visit to the South African city of Hammanskraal. With a population of 120,000+, Hammanskraal is currently engaged in a years long water crisis. UGKA nations have made the city and its residence its top priority as they seek to endeavor on an agenda to lift the standard of health and wellness for abandoned African cities.

The UGKA and how we operate

The United Global Kingdoms of Africa was formed in 2021, initially as a means to assemble traditional

native rulers as a union and present them before the International Community. However, by 2023 the union has

since expanded its interest into assisting the African Diaspora with relocating back to the continent, humanitarian efforts into distressed villages and townships, focusing on economical strategies and investing in technological advancements with the aim of providing the continent a competitive edge.

UGKA governing bodies

The UGKA is governed by 5 functioning bodies that ensure the organization's existence and mission continues with full accountability.

Commission Reference Advocate

The Commission Reference Advocate is a 12 person governing arm of the UGKA. Led by the Director Advocate, the CRA will administer the proper functions needed to promote the goals and objectives of the UGKA. This executive cabinet will be responsible for the admission of new nations and kingdoms, hold session to monitor the conditions of its existing member states as well as develop new relations and restore unrecognized people groups throughout the continent.

Reference Dignitary Commission

The core of the UGKA will be its participation within the Reference Dignitary Commission. This particular Commission will be the heads of Kingdoms, Territories, States and unrecognized persons and communities. This is not a competitor to the African Union but in essence a supplemental entity that will seek to elevate stateless nations and African kingdoms to a higher echelon. It is our mission to return the authority back to the Kings and Chiefs, restore Kingdoms with borders and resurrect the glory these communities once had before colonialism. The Dignitary Commission will allow public recognition for these marginalized parties and a space to have equal dialogue with larger member states.

Reference Development Standard

The Reference Development Standard will be the business development faction of the UGKA. When the Diasporans relocate back to the continent and establish this union, self sustainability will be paramount. The RDS will be a 7 member board that will focus on the most practical means for the UGKA to generate business and also act as representatives for the interest of the union when doing business within member nations. Within the first 2 years the RES will already have enough business to sustain its staff. We are projecting by 2030 that the RDS will have heavy investments in commerce, technology, agriculture, medicine, education and defense.

Reference Defense Review

The Reference Defense Review is the defense and security arm of the UGKA. In order to ensure the interest of the union are productive and to sustain peaceful relations between member nations and states, it is imperative that security forces be instituted. These security forces will be combined of persons from each of the member nations with rotating missions to be determined. The Defense Review will access high-tension situations occurring within member states or in close proximity and advise the member dignitaries on how to coordinate a peaceful solution.

Reference Judicial Council

The Reference Judicial Council considers disputes between member nations and holds accountable grievances according to the UGKA charter of conduct. A council of seven, the RJC has the power to both punish recalcitrant member nations as well dismiss individual persons from their respective duties within the UGKA.
